Data from the Immigration Policy Center in Washington has revealed that immigrant women are one of the fastest-growing groups of business owners in the US. Many of these women benefit from immigrant "enclave economies" which provide a support network. Obstacles such as lack of financial capital, language barriers and ethnic bias can be very challenging for immigrants trying to succeed in business.
