Following an investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Labor Department has fined the Hershey supplier plant that used an international exchange program this summer. The report found that the plant had hidden serious injuries to employees. The investigation came after foreign exchange students protested their working conditions at the plant. Hershey said that they were not fined by the Labor Department.
