Hiring prospects better for '04 grads, survey finds
Hiring prospects for college graduates is likely to improve this year; however competition for work will remains fierce. According to a survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, companies said they will hire almost 13 percent more graduates in 2004 compared with last spring. The top fields to find jobs in are accounting and finance, entry-level management posts, sales, teaching and engineering.
