Hospital Chain defies NLRB rulings after court decision
A federal court ruling that invalidated three recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board is causing questions about the validity of the rulings the Board has made. One California health company said it will not follow a Board ruling to collect dues and release information. The court said that the Senate was not truly in recess when the President appointed members to the Board, but did not say anything about the rulings that the Board made during that time. The decision has not taken effect yet.
