Hospital workers’ lawsuit over vaccination requirement thrown out
On Saturday, U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes of Houston threw out a lawsuit filed by employees of Houston Methodist Hospital seeking to overturn the hospital’s requirement for vaccination and reinstatement for their suspension following noncompliance. The judge found claims by the lead plaintiff to be false, irrelevant, and in one case “reprehensible.” Lead lawyer on the case says all the clients are still committed and promises an appeal.
