House of Representative cafeteria workers are calling out the deplorable working conditions they continue to endure. Workers claim that their working conditions are unsanitary, and the severe understaffing has escalated the problem along with bringing a whole host more. Workers said they have reached out to their employment company, Sodexo, House management, and their union, Unite Here! Local 23 only to continue to be swept under the rug. One employee said they have not seen a union rep for two years.
