How to Deal With Work Burnout
Work "burnout" occurs when feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and low professional efficacy enter an employee's mind. Managers can prevent work burnout by mandating group work, allowing employees to work on projects not directly related to their job titles, instituting communication blackouts on weekends and vacations, and organizing company-sponsored pampering. It is suggested that employees create an open dialogue with a human resources representative or manager if you feel you may be burnt out.
