How Walmart?s ?Dress Code? Costs Employees
Walmart is now requiring workers to follow a ?dress code? of black bottoms or khakis with a white or blue collard shirt. The company is requiring workers to buy their own clothing, which will be very costly for those workers making minimum wage. By designating a ?dress code? rather than a uniform, Walmart has legally forced the workers to spend their own money on the clothing saving the company a great deal of money. The company has agreed to provide workers with the required vest.
