A new Census report indicates that immigrants are leaving more crowded and expensive states in search of a better quality of life and better jobs. The report also shows that fewer new immigrants are settling in what were formerly immigrant magnet states such as California, New York, Florida, Texas, Illinois, and New Jersey.
