In the wake of several high-profile corporate scandals, some companies are reconsidering they way they choose their top executives. In the past many companies have sought ?star? CEOs from outside the company, but now it is becoming increasingly common to recruit and develop leaders from within the organization. Companies are looking for leaders who have integrity instead of just charisma and ambition.
