Indiana businessman accused of transporting illegal aliens
Federal officials have charged the owner of an Indiana company that performs stucco work at construction sites in Wisconsin and other Midwestern states, accusing him of transporting and hiring illegal aliens. The indictment also alleges that the company's owner did not pay his illegal workers overtime and did not withhold state and federal taxes or Social Security taxes.
