Indiana union workers rally at Statehouse to protest bills
Indiana workers are packing their statehouse in protest of a bill that would prohibit unions from entering into contracts that specify everyone hired must be a union member. The protesters are hoping that their presence will help convince lawmakers to vote against the measure. The Governor spoke out against the bill, saying that this was not the time for these bills, and that he wants to go on with other business. An estimated 3,500 people are already at the statehouse protesting the bill.
