Instacart workers at a grocery store called Skokie Mariano's have unionized. This group of employees is the first of instacart workers to unionize, although many have considered this action previously. At this point, the union consists of only 15 workers. The firm has stated that it will respect the outcome of the union vote and has agreed to bargain in good faith.
