Japanese company allows employees to bring their dogs to the office to encourage in-person communication
After years of remote work during the pandemic, companies all over the world are looking to bring their employees back into the office. The company has stated that the program's purpose is not to lure workers into the office but rather encourage and facilitate easier communication. However, it has had the unintended consequence of providing incentives for employees to come into the office and socialize with their pets.
