Japanese Workers See Abuse by Bosses
Current economic conditions and the constant threat of downsizing have led to frustration and fear among workers. In Japan, this has caused some managers to engage in employee bullying. Workers are increasingly complaining about abusive behavior from their bosses. Although this type of behavior has been ruled a violation of employees' rights, many people still do not report it.
