Job interviewing, to the extreme
Some employers are using creative interview techniques to hire employees. Experts say that a surplus of people looking for work, as well as changes brought on by technology and culture shifts are leading employers to try and find employees they believe will be best fit their companies. Some interview applicants in groups, and outside of traditional interview settings to see how they will respond. Others have them interact with potential coworkers. Companies say that applicants may look very similar on paper, and that unconventional interview techniques help them differentiate.
