Jobless will need 're-employment plan' to get benefits
Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts’ plan to lower the state’s unemployment rate includes mandatory individual re-employment plans provided by both federal and state funds. Those not meeting requirements monitored by job coaches will lose their unemployment benefits. Nebraska already has the lowest unemployment rate in the nation and describes this plan as the first of its kind.
