Jury Tells FedEx to Pay in Discrimination Case
A jury in Florida has ordered FedEx to pay $1.57 million in back pay and damages for retaliating against a white manager who claims he was forced out of his job for trying to hire two minorities for supervisory positions. FedEx denied any discrimination on its part and said that it would seek to overturn the verdict.
