Kellogg’s striking workers reject the new contract
Kellogg Co. announced today that its cereal plant workers currently on strike have voted against their recently proposed tentative five-year contract. The company says that while this is not the result they hoped for, they “must take the necessary steps to ensure business continuity” by hiring permanent replacement workers. Union members will now continue their strike that has been going on for more than two months.
