57 families of the May 13th Valenzula, Philippines Kentex Manufacturing factory fire victims have agreed to equal and individual compensation packages. Criminal charges will still be filed against the company. The Philippines government is now requiring fire safety compliance before any business permits or licenses will be issued nationwide.
