Kenya's doctors to end 100-day strike
After 100 days of striking, Kenya's doctors' union reached an agreement with the government that will increase wages and improve working conditions. Approximately 5,000 public-sector doctors will return to work on Friday, now with a 40 hour workweek and compensation for overtime. The strike resulted in a national health crisis and extreme shortage of doctors.
