An investigation into the snack food company that makes ICEE and SuperPretzels found that the company had withheld wages for 700 of its employees in Pennsylvania and New Jersey which amount to nearly $2.1 million. Both the company and the temporary staffing service it uses denied its workers on the production line overtime pay and compensation above minimum wage.
