A lawsuit has been filed against Vail Resorts on behalf of three employees. The lawsuit is seeking class action status. Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that the company has repeatedly violated federal labor laws as well as state labor laws in Colorado, California, Utah, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, New York, Vermont and Michigan. One of the main issues of contention is the failure of Vail Resorts to pay its employees for "off the clock" work.
