Starbucks’ CEO Howard Schultz is seen demanding local and regional managers to prevent unionization in a leaked video. He said managers need to “do your role…of us union-busting all over the country.” The president for North America said in the same video that their number 1 responsibility is to “convince employees to vote no.” They made clear in the video that it is vitally important that every employee votes.
