Learning Lessons About Overseas Support
The outsourcing of technology jobs is a growing trend; however some companies with customer support services overseas are transferring operations back to the United States. This switch is largely a result of complaints among business customers about the inability of overseas support workers to handle complex problems. Companies may also be reacting to backlash from labor groups about sending jobs overseas.
