London bus workers to strike over Olympic bonus
About 20,000 London bus workers have announced that they will go on strike June 22 over a pay dispute. The workers, who are represented by Unite, say that they deserve a bonus for the huge increase in work that will occur during the Olympics. The workers say that if the company does not make them an offer or meet with them, they will strike during the Olympic Games, causing huge disruption to public transportation.
