London DLR staff to stage 48-hour strike
On Monday November 2nd, workers employed by Docklands Light Railway in London will go on strike fro 48 hours. The workers, who are represented by the Rail, Maritime and Transport union cite working conditions as one of the main reasons for the strike. The strike, which will begin at 4am, could affect service for as many as 300,000 passengers who use the railway daily.
