London Underground Workers to Strike Over Sacking Row
On March 7th, employees of the London Underground plan to go on strike starting at 9:30pm until 3:59am the next day. These workers decided to go on strike after a fellow employee was dismissed for failing two alcohol breath tests. The Chief Operating Officer of the London Underground issued a statement saying that it will never compromise the safety of staff and customers.
