Lufthansa pilots ready to strike after pay talks collapse
Pilots at Lufthansa, Germany’s biggest airline, are preparing to strike after contract negotiations regarding wages fell apart. Approximately 5,400 pilots are being represented by the Vereinigung Cockpit union. Contract talks have been ongoing for over four years and the pilots have held over one dozen strikes.
