M.L.S., Facing Possible Strike, Finds Labor Strife at Its Door
On Friday, the Major League Soccer is scheduled to begin its 20th season. However, the the players have been engaged in collective bargaining over a new agreement and may go on strike if issues are not resolved. The players are demanding higher salaries among other things. Last year, players' salaries ranged from $36,500 to $3.1 million.
