Democrat Howard Dean has received a presidential endorsement from the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). Although a SEIU spokeswoman said that at this point talk of the endorsement was merely speculation, as the board could decide not to endorse anyone, officials feel that it is a ?done deal.? The endorsement could be a huge boost to Dean?s campaign as the SEIU is a very powerful union with approximately 1.6 million members.
