Malaysia Airlines Union Calls for CEO to Resign
The union representing the employees of Malaysia Airlines has called for the resignation of the organization?s CEO. The Secretary of the Union said that after four straight years of losses and the handling of the Flight 370 tragedy new leadership may be necessary. Because the airline is state-owned, bankruptcy may not be an option. Morale among the 19,500 employees worldwide has been degrading over several years said the union. The Airline has yet to respond, neither has the government, although in the past the government has made it clear that it will not bail out the airline.
