Managers are over WFH, according to survey data
According to a survey by GoodHire of 3,500 American managers, 77% of managers are willing to fire or cut pay and benefits for workers who don’t comply with a return to the office. Even though several surveys have shown that workers prefer more remote and flexible options. Although, Workhuman’s April Human Workplace Index indicated that over 50% of workers have reported a requirement to return to the office full-time.
