Manhattan residential building workers strike
Employees at two high-end residential buildings in Manhattan have gone on strike. Workers have alleged that their employer has not provided adequate pay or protective equipment. The strike, beginning today, will last for at least 24 hours. In addition to allegations regarding a lack of protective equipment, workers have stated that their employer has disrupted plans to join a labor union.
