A recent SHRM study of over 300,000 HR and business executive members shows that employers are worried about implementing Biden’s vaccine mandate for companies with over 100 employees. The studies surfaced concerns about the time and money it would take to implement the mandate or a weekly testing program and indicated that it would be disruptive to the everyday flow of work. 90% of respondents said that it will be “somewhat or very challenging to implement the Biden administration's mandate.”
