According to Willis Tower Watson’s 2022 Global Benefits Attitude Survey, about half of the employees surveyed are looking for a new job or plan to soon. The survey included 9,658 U.S. employees from private companies across a range of industries. A majority of workers said the top reason they'd look for a new job is pay. But almost 20% said they'd take a job with the exact same pay, with flexible work arrangements being a huge factor.
