Marriott International Inc. has seen a decline in their workforce from 2020. The company disclosed on Tuesday that it had 120,000 employees at the end of 2021 down 1,000 employees from what they had at the end of 2020. The company's hotel operator workforce has now declined by 31% in two years, down from 174,000 workers pre-pandemic.
