Mayor Helps Jump-Start Radio City Labor Talks
The union representing orchestra musicians at Radio City Music Hall has been meeting with management in an effort to resolve a labor dispute that has lasted weeks. The talks began yesterday morning at the suggestion of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, who offered his official residence and a moderator to help complete an agreement. Musicians in the 35-member orchestra have been on strike since November 2.
