McKinsey Report Finds 62% of Workers Worldwide Consider Mental Health ‘A Top Challenge’
As the world nears the one year anniversary of the beginning of the pandemic health remains a pressing issue for all in the workplace. Specifically, the transition to remote work and the exhaustion of the pandemic has led to a rise in mental health concerns. A recent report by McKinsey & Co. found that 62% of workers across the globe consider mental health to be one of their top challenges. McKinsey additionally found that while 96% of companies globally have made changes to their HR policies and increased employee resources, only 1 in 6 employees report feeling supported.
