Meet the young(er) boss
As older Americans prolong their labor force participation, they're increasingly likely to work for a boss who is younger than they are. These age differences can lead to relationship conflict. According to business consultants, people need to understand the differences between age groups to avoid these problems. This includes looking past stereotypes and determining the values and needs of each group.
