Message of unity sounded at United
A United Airlines chief executive has called for all employees to pull together to help the airline out of bankruptcy. United has been in bankruptcy for nearly 20 months and in June the government rejected their bid for a loan. The executive criticized a union leader for filing lawsuits against United over pension obligations. The union made no comment but it planning to continue with their lawsuit.
