Today, Microsoft’s CEO announced to employees that they will be raising compensation to better serve their workers as the labor market tightens and inflation increases. The company will be nearly doubling their global merit budget and raising their annual stock ranges. CEO Satya Nadella said, “This increased investment in our worldwide compensation reflects the ongoing commitment we have to providing a highly competitive experience for our employees.”
