Milwaukee Bucks Cheerleader Files Minimum Wage Lawsuit Against Team
Lauren Herington, a former cheerleader for the Milwaukee Bucks, has just filed a lawsuit claiming that she was not paid at least minimum wage or compensated for when she worked overtime while employed by the basketball team. Herington has documents that prove she was only paid around $3.50 to $4.50 and worked 30 to 40 hours a week. Many cheerleaders have also sued NFL teams recently over similar wage issues.
