Missouri: Judge Strikes Down Law Increasing St. Louis’s Minimum Wage

On Wednesday, Judge Steven Ohmer struck down the proposal because it directly violates the states minimum wage law. If this proposal had been approved, it would have made St. Louis the only city in Missouri to have a wage above the states minimum of $7.65 an hour.
