More companies taking anger more seriously
As corporate downsizing continues, anger and stress are becoming more common in the workplace. In order to deal with this issue some companies are offering anger-management training. Workplace anger is harmful to companies because it creates an unpleasant work environment that can lead to increased absenteeism and decreased productivity. Excessive anger can also lead to health problems and violent behavior.
