More men say they are sexually harassed at work
A growing number of men are coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment in the workplace. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has seen sexual harassment claims filed by men grow from 9% of all charges in 1992 to 15% in 2003. Many of the claims are same-sex, involving male-on-male harassment. The increase has been partly attributed to a greater awareness by men of their workplace rights
