More retailers hiring workers to help Hispanic customers
More companies are actively recruiting bilingual workers to help them tap into the increasing buying power of Hispanics. Studies show that Hispanics will have $1 trillion in annual purchasing power in the United States by 2008. Major retailers such as Home Depot and Wal-Mart are just a few companies working to increase Hispanic representation in their workforces.
