After a Starbucks location in Buffalo, NY successfully voted for unionization, other stores are following their lead. This week two Boston cafes filed for union elections saying, “we see unions as the best way to make Starbucks a place to have a sustainable career and a true partnership.” Three other Starbucks Buffalo-area cafes have filed for elections, as well as one in Mesa, Arizona.
