In one report, it was found that one in three workers are now considering leaving their job and 60% of workers are rethinking their career. A separate report found that 92% of workers are even willing to switch industries to find the right position. The two most cited reasons for workers wanting to quit their job is the desire to work from home and feeling burned out or underpaid.
