Morgan Stanley Discrimination Trial Opens
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is bringing suit against Wall Street brokerage firm Morgan Stanley on behalf of more than 300 female employees who claim they were denied promotions and subjected to harassment. Sexual bias and discrimination litigation are becoming major concerns in corporate America. Morgan Stanley insists that they provide a bias-free workplace.
